Report a bug
Tell us what went wrong
Every report is read by a person, not an auto-responder. If you have a screenshot or a short screen recording, attach it: it usually removes an entire round trip of questions, and a picture of the order book is worth three paragraphs describing it.
If live orders are affected right now, email instead
This form is read within a working day. Anything costing you money as you read this goes to [email protected] with URGENT in the subject. Two things are worth ruling out first: the status page, in case it is ours and already known, and your broker's own status, in case it is theirs. Your positions are in your broker account throughout, so squaring off through your broker's terminal never depends on us.
What helps
Three things that make a report actionable
None of these are required. Each one measurably shortens the time between you sending this and us knowing what happened.
What you did, in order
The steps that led to it, not just the end state. “Started the strategy at 09:14, it took the first entry, the second never fired” tells us where to look; “it did not work” does not.
When it happened, with the clock
A time to the minute, in IST, and which broker account it concerns. Everything on your instance is timestamped, so a time turns a report into a search rather than a hunt.
What you expected instead
A good share of reports turn out to be behaviour working as designed, or a strategy doing exactly what its code said. Saying what you expected is what separates a defect from a surprise, and both are worth telling us about.
The report
Send it
Have an idea rather than a defect? The feature request form is the right place, and it goes to the same queue.
One thing worth checking before you send: if the strategy is your own code, the fault is often in it rather than in the platform, and the strategy log on your instance usually says which. We will look either way, and we will tell you honestly which one it turned out to be.
Found a security issue?
Do not use this form, and please do not post it publicly. Security reports have their own route and their own disclosure terms, including a commitment not to pursue anyone who reports in good faith.

Get your own instance
Tell us what you trade and how you run it, and we will provision an instance for you: your own database, your own dedicated address to whitelist at your broker, and your own engine. You bring the algorithms.
