Pricing
Two line items, both quoted, everything else included
Pricing depends on the size of your instance, how many broker accounts you connect and the support you need, so it is quoted rather than listed. Tell us what you run and you will get a written quote with GST shown separately.
What you pay for
The instance, and the addresses it needs
One quote, made of these two parts. The first is charged once per customer. The second is charged per broker account you connect, and only when that account needs an IPv4 address.
Managed instance
On requestper month
per customer
One engine instance, one isolated database and the host underneath them, operated for you: provisioning, upgrades, backups, monitoring and the daily broker-session lifecycle. Every feature of the platform is included; nothing is held back behind a higher tier.
Dedicated static egress IP
On requestper month
per broker account
A static IP address reserved to you and never shared, used as the source address for your instance's broker API traffic, so it is the address you whitelist in your own broker's developer console. One address per broker account you connect.
Both lines are quoted, and the shape of the bill is fixed
An instance is sized to what you run on it, and the number of dedicated addresses depends on how many broker accounts you connect, so the figures come from a short conversation rather than from a tier table. What does not change is the structure: the two lines above, 18% GST on top, and nothing else. No setup fee, no per-order charge, no profit share. Ask for a quote and you will have both figures in writing.
Addresses
IPv6 is free. IPv4 is not, and here is exactly why.
Your instance needs an egress address your broker will accept, and the two address families do not cost the same to provide. Rather than average that across every customer, the bill reflects it.
IPv6
An IPv6 address costs us nothing to reserve, so we do not charge for one. Where your broker's API and their whitelisting form accept IPv6, this is the address you want and it is included with the instance.
IPv4
A reserved IPv4 address is a scarce resource with a real price on it, about US$3.60 per address per month at the cloud providers and registries we buy from. That cost is passed through rather than absorbed, which is why an IPv4 address is a separate line on your quote and an IPv6 one is not.
Which family your broker accepts is their rule and it can change, so we do not publish a broker-by-broker table: a stale table is worse than none, because somebody registers the wrong address type on the strength of it. Tell us which broker and which API you are on, and we will confirm what we currently observe and allocate accordingly. The figure above is a wholesale cost we pay, not a price we charge; your quote states the price.
Included
What comes at no extra cost
Stated in full, because on a quoted price the question that actually matters is what the quote covers. All of this does.
- Every feature of the platform. There is no higher tier and nothing is held back.
- Your own database, on your own volume, with no shared schema.
- Your own engine process, running your own strategies.
- An IPv6 egress address where your broker accepts one.
- Provisioning the instance and helping you connect your first broker account.
- Platform upgrades, security patching and monitoring of the infrastructure.
- Scheduled backups of your database, and a restore on request.
- The paper-trading sandbox, with its own store and its own capital.
- Export of your order records, logs and strategy files, at any time including on the way out.
- Email support during the published support window.
That covers all 8 platform surfaces on the features page. There is no premium edition of the engine, because an edition implies more than one customer on the instance to sell it to.
And what is never charged for
- No per-order fee and no commission on anything your account trades.
- No profit share, performance fee or any charge that moves with your results.
- No brokerage. Your broker bills you directly for theirs, and we never see it.
- No charge for a strategy, a signal or a backtest, because we sell none of those.
Billing
How the money actually works
You pay before the infrastructure runs for you, so the whole arrangement belongs in one place: how a figure is arrived at, how tax is handled, what the invoice looks like and what stopping does.
- Quoted, then invoiced
- You get a written quote before anything is provisioned: what the instance is sized for, how many dedicated addresses it needs, and the monthly figure with GST shown separately. Nothing is charged until you accept it.
- GST is added, not absorbed
- 18% GST applies to this supply and is charged in addition to the quoted fee. It is shown as its own line on every invoice, so the fee and the tax are never mixed into one number.
- A real tax invoice, every time
- Tristack Technologies LLP raises a GST invoice against GSTIN 07AAYFT2516N1ZF for every payment. If you are a registered business, that invoice is what your input tax credit is claimed on, so send us your GSTIN before the first one is raised.
- Stopping
- Tell us in writing from your registered email address. Export your data first: when the instance is decommissioned its dedicated address is released, and you should remove that address from your broker whitelist as part of the same exercise. The refund and cancellation policy sets out what is and is not paid back.
Or email [email protected]. Support is staffed Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM IST.

Compliance
What you are paying for
The fee buys hosting: an instance, a database, an address and the operation of them. The software that runs your own strategies comes with it. That is the entire commercial relationship.
- Pricing is for infrastructure and software access only. There is no brokerage, no commission per order, and no share of your trading outcomes.
- triStack AlgoTrader does not sell strategies and does not publish any. Every algorithm that runs on your instance is one you wrote or chose to run, and you can read, change or delete it at any time.
- triStack AlgoTrader never holds, receives or handles your funds or securities. Money and holdings stay with your own SEBI-registered broker throughout, in an account in your name that you opened.
- triStack AlgoTrader does not offer, promise or imply any profit, assured return or performance outcome, and does not share in your profits or losses.
